Every Tuesday we will be introducing you to a new friend. We know that Blog Hops can get overwhelming and you don't really get to know everyone. You just want to be able to stop by to say hello so we came up with Make a New Friend Tuesdays. This way we can really get to know a bit about our new friends and everyone can drop by to say hello since its one blog once a week. Today's Woof
I'm 56 and have been an avid dog lover for a half century! I am also a certified trainer -- CPDT-KA and a Canine Good Citizen evaluator for the AKC. I am very involved in therapy work with dogs and training as well as managing DogBreedStore and our blog, which we just recently started.
Attended BlogPaws in Ohio and will be in Denver as well as we met so many really helpful people last time. I have done greyhound rescue in the past but am now owned by English Bulldogs. My Delta Registered dog Daisy just passed away very unexpectedly 3 weeks ago We volunteered at the Center For Child Protection where she worked with sexually abused kids.
The post titled "Give Your Dog A Job" has a video of her on the local news station which was done just weeks before she passed away. Volunteering has always been a big part of my life,so I am working towards training her niece to be a therapy dog. I have two other bullies, one who starred in Golf Digest and did Two Gentlemen of Verona on stage, 18 performances. Although I could go on and on I will stop here.
Wow print media stars and Shakespearean actors who knew we had such famous friends! Mommy used to be involved with theater before we came along so we never got to be stars :( Sorry we missed you in Ohio but we will for sure make a point to meet up in Denver at BlogPaws West!
