Every dog or cat must be wearing a costume to enter, no photoshop entries are allowed. All entries will be judged by 3 volunteer judges to determine the winners.Entries must be received by Oct 30th, 2010. Images should be at least 800px by 600px and no larger than 1280px by 1024px.
Contest is open to all residents of: United States, Canada, European Union (UK), Australia and New Zealand
