Every Tuesday we introduce you to a new blogging friend. We know that Blog Hops can get overwhelming and you don't really get to know everyone. You just want to be able to stop by to say hello so we came up with Make a New Friend Tuesdays. This way we can really get to know a bit about our new friends and everyone can drop by to say hello since its one blog once a week. Don't worry we will still be having Blog Hops this is just a bonus! This is a much more intimate way to get to know your fellow bloggers and introduce yourself to them. I love getting to actually spend a few minutes looking through their posts to see what their blog is all about and of course getting to see pictures!

GingerI'm 31 and married to a Marine, we have two children. We are currently stationed in Hawaii.
We are a cat loving family! We got our current cat Ginger from the Hawaiian Humane Society.

We have one cat, named Ginger. She is orange and tan. She is very sweet and playful cat and she is great with my kids. I have been told by veterinarians that it is rare for a orange cat to be female, which makes our Ginger quite special!
Ginger must be one very forgiving kitty she recently had an unfortunate run in with her two legged sister and a pair of scissors! Poor kitty. Thank goodness everyone is ok and her whiskers which received a "hair cut" will recover and the offending scissors have been put in a hidden location. Its a good lesson to remember for dog people cats need their whiskers while it is perfectly ok to trim whiskers on a dog.
