1. Use a "Killer Headline" something that will grab everyone's attention. If you think the content is amazing and you aren't getting enough hits come up with a new title when you retweet the article.
2. Figure out what which posts of yours "sell" and get your readers attention. Then work on creating more posts like the ones that do well for you.
3. Use numbers in your title like 5 Tips to Keep Your Dog Hydrated. Readers want short and sweet so naming something 25 Ways or 15 Ways might loose their interest part way through or they may never click on that post in the first place. If you have a lot of tips split them up over a few days or even a few weeks. There is nothing wrong with giving tips once a week.It will become something your readers come to expect and will visit to see what great information you have to share that day.
4. Stick to your Blog Theme. If you write a photography blog your readers probably aren't looking to you for tips about deep sea fishing. On the other hand they would probably love to know your top 5 locations for amazing underwater photo shoots.
5. Less is more. Keep your posts to about 350 words any more and people will loose interest in what you have to say. Again split up the information if you need to over several posts.
