About Shorty's Gourmet Treats:
Our treats are all natural, made with HUMAN GRADE ingredients; NO artificial flavorings or preservatives. Our treats are made fresh to order and are vacuum sealed to maintain freshness.
We are CERTIFIED by the Health Department of both the city of Los Angeles and the state of California. You can be assured our treats meet health and safety guidelines.
We gladly accept special orders; birthday platters, custom dog breed shapes and larger sizes to name a few. I'm sure that you and your best friend will approve of our delicious treats.
My name is Elizabeth and I run Shorty's Gourmet Treats. I live in California with my two boys, Pokey (a long haired German Shepherd) and Sunny (a golden/lab mix). They are the inspiration for all my products and I feel the need to bake with love lots of gourmet, healthy and organic handmade treats for them and for your best friend.

About Bitty Bites (the cookies we reviewed):
Our dogs only eat organic! Do yours?! Your dogs will love these healthy and delicious whole organic and locally grown pumpkin and peanut butter dog treats! My mom is a gourmet chef and has been whipping these treats (as well as several others) for several years for our dogs. These bitty bites are all natural and made with human grade ORGANIC ingredients. ((If the mood should strike you, you could eat them as snacks, yourself!!))
These treats are made with hand ground peanut butter that my mom makes herself! (You can even see some tiny peanut bits in the treats... even more for a dog to love!) These bitty bites are the perfect small dog snack. The bites are just right for smaller dog's mouths. :)

These treats come in 5 oz. containers which is approximately 25 treats.
Our Review:
First I just want to say that the package that these treats come in is one of the best I have seen. They come in an outer bag that you tear the top off of and then can zipper closed. On the inside there is another bag containing the treats that is vacuum sealed to keep the treat fresh and yummy. When I cut the bag open I experienced a yummy cinnamon smell and knew Davinia and Indiana were going to love these treats.
You can see that the girls only have a few treats left from this bag. If it were up to them it would have been empty by the day after it was opened.
We received the Bitty Bites which are made with Peanut Butter, Pumpkin, and Cinnamon. The size was absolutely perfect I didn't feel like I needed to break these cookies in half to be the right size for a treat nor did I feel the need to give multiple cookies because they were big enough for a treat.
The girls went nuts for these treats. Out of all of the treats they have reviewed so far these had the most reaction from them. They were certainly motivated to get one that is for sure.

Davinia getting very excited about the yummy cookie with Pumpkin, Peanut Butter, and Cinnamon it would have been hard to mess up this cookie.
Indiana asking for the rest of the bag! She really loved these cookies. She might eat anything that isn't bolted down but there are some things that excite her more then other and these treats clearly go into that category. From their reaction to these cookies I think they would love to review another flavor for Shorty' Gourmet in the future.
Kahlua who I was told doesn't eat Pumpkin and doesn't really eat Peanut Butter also got to try these cookies. He didn't seem to mind them one bit in fact after the first day I had to stop Kahlua from getting anymore because he would have eaten the entire bag himself. I think he would have preferred a bigger cookie but as these were specifically for Davinia and Indiana and meant to be the right size treat for them he had to make due with what he got.
