Since we know we have been getting a lot of kitty readers lately we don't want you all to feel left out and like we aren't paying attention to you. We love all of our readers and want you all to feel included.
We heard about an event over at the BlogPaws blog for a special program from World's Best Cat Litter ™ for deserving animal organizations focused on helping cats is called GiveLitter ™. Through this great effort, they raised over 5,000 pounds of cat litter which was given to three Washington, DC based orgs. Now, they are working to help three amazing groups in the Los Angeles area. Check out their Flickr page. It's easy to participate - the more clicks at GiveLitter, the more litter gets donated!
Here's what you can do to help the kitties in shelters get the litter they need to stay healthy:
Visit the GiveLitter page online or on Facebook and vote at least once a day until November 8th.
Tell your friends.
Tweet it. Share on your Facebook page. Spread the word.
If you have time, and are inclined to do so, write a blog post like this one to share with your readers.
You may also want to add the GiveLitter badge to your site during this campaign. World's Best Cat Litter will add 10 extra pounds of litter to the total, for all blog posts written.
